The more your members use it, the less each sign-in costs you. There's no tier to select in advance. Your rate simply improves automatically as usage grows.
A "sign-in" is one completed workout access per member, per day. Repeat visits by the same member on the same day are never billed twice.

What counts as a "sign-in"?
A sign-in is one completed workout access. A member scans your dedicated QR code, enters their name and phone number, and accepts the waiver. Repeat scans by the same member later that same day don't count as a second sign-in, so you're never billed twice for one visit.
What happens when we hit our monthly cap?
You'll get an alert at 75% and 100% of your cap, so there are no surprises. Once you hit your limit, you can choose to raise it immediately or let access pause until your next billing cycle. It's entirely your call.
Do we need a lifeguard present?
StrideWave doesn't change your existing pool supervision requirements. All lifeguard and safety staff follow your facility's normal policies and local regulations. We provide the workout content and access system.
Who's liable if a member is injured?
Every participant accepts a liability waiver before starting a workout, and our waiver language is built to work alongside your facility's existing risk policies. We recommend having your legal team review the full waiver, which we're happy to provide.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No. Setup is free, there's no minimum spend, and you can pause or remove your QR code at any time.
How do members access workouts and do they need an app?
No app download required. Members scan the QR code with their phone camera, sign in through a browser page, and start their workout immediately.
Can we brand the experience with our facility's name?
White-label branding is available for larger multi-location accounts at custom pricing. Contact us to discuss options for your portfolio.
How is billing handled?
You're invoiced monthly, in arrears, based only on completed sign-ins from the previous billing period, never in advance.
